Well hello there Alexis, you have been very quiet recently. I suspect you are busy helping people with their defences and telling them not to advertise the fact on open forum but keep it quiet for when you lose it can be kept a secret and claim you never helped but in the event of you winning then you can come out of the closet and shout loud and proud.;)

LOL. What utter bollox. I do not start threads - the OP can and does publicise any result and any help they received.

I have never ever claimed I have not been involved in a lost case. Unless you can provide evidence to substantiate your claim?
Alexis defences are all pretty much along the same lines but after his recent run of bad luck you never know we may see some new and better things from him

I'm rolling about on the floor now. You lost the last one (with the same text YOU use every time!)

OK tell us how many cases you have won in (say) the last year. According to you it's on a "daily basis". .

And try not to use footballers names and towns this time.

I am currently reviewing a case you are involved with for another company and you have asked the OP not to discuss anymore on the open forum, in addition to filing an acknowledgment of service whilst you put together your 'defence'. I am sure when I see the same old arguments that you keep losing with are going to be there.

If Alexis keeps losing why do all the ppc's keep trotting out the old Stephen Thomas "case"?

And Haswell still hasn't told us of all those cases he wins "on a daily basis".

Another question for Mr Haswell - what legal qualifications do you have?

You can't seem to differentiate between a pending case and one that has been concluded. Of course while the case is pending he wants things to be kept off the forums. That way you won't gain an unfair advantage. When the case is concluded, then it can be publicly announced and discussed.

Why help you cowboys by posting on a public forum? Lets face it you are here because we hurt your business, and by the way you are supposed to open and honest about being here, well according to the BPA at least!

...set yourself up a profile for that site that is clear that you are from your company

Do not start responding under an alias or made up profile – you need to be completely transparent.

Provide a clear explanation of the points being made. Keep it short and clear – you do not want to be seen to trying to confuse or patronize the audience

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

You must now have realised that he never answers direct questions.

Come on Peter, show you have a pair and tell us about all those cases you win on a "daily basis" and what your legal qualifications are. I would have though you are proud of these facts.

    Also from the BPA guidelines:-

Use this profile to post onto the site being absolutely clear on who you are:
o E.g. I work for Top Parking and I saw this post.....

Always come across as understanding and empathetic to the audience
o E.g. I fully appreciate your point of view
o We realise that there is lots of confusion about this
o I understand that you are upset
o We are very sorry that you feel this way
