Presuming that's an ME15 postcode, prices have dropped 14% from peak - 2% in the last three months (Land Reg figures).
The average price for a terraced is under £119k and falling.
Interesting to see sales volumes have fallen off a cliff there (680 at peak, 184 in Jan 11), indicating more falls to come.0 -

I was just looking at a 3 bed semi for 170K, and it's just been cut 10% asking off
