"The man on the phone was really friendly and said its Tesco policy that if the price goes down within 28 days, they will refund the difference! Excellent!"

My next door neighbour also had a refund (of about £40) for a washing machine that was reduced 2 days after she bought it.
All she did was mention it to the woman on the customer service desk, and they arranged for the refund to go back to her credit card.
