I've just got my credit card statement, and despite the total clearly showing as £0.00 when I placed the order, they have charged me £2.75 P&P.
As I didn't print out the page when I ordered I doubt I'll be able to prove it Grrrr.0 -

The full order should show up on your Amazon account history... I think?0 -

It does, but that is now showing the delivery charge. I am 100% sure that when placing the order the total was zero as I had to try both codes before it worked.0 -

I've just checked my account and my order shows the postage at £0.00 and the discount too. I don't know what to say ScoobieGirl... Sorry.0 -
This deal is no longer available - should this be moved to "Gone...."You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0

Thanks for taking the time to look. I think it must have something to do with me using both codes, as it showed delievry of £2.75 before I put in the second one - then it showed as being completly free. I'm just a bit miffed that it didn't refuse it outright, rather than giving me a nasty surprise0

You could still take it up with Amazon. You have nothing to lose.0 -
Hi, can anyone help, thought I had a real bargin for OH this christmas using this deal, when ordering I used the code which was accepted ,
ordered british hit singles for £11.39 plus the hellmans book and free delivery, at the checkout it advised me that the grand total would be £8.64!! great I thought, alot of the posts mention getting extra off so submitted the order, both books arrived together and inclosed was an invoice for £17.63!!!!
They have deducted £8.74 (book plus delivery?) but then they have charged me an extra £8.99 shipping!!! has anyone else had this problem? I dont remember asking for any special delivery options. Cant work it out at all, I assume they have added delivery as the total of the paid for item was less than £15 but I thought that was the whole idea of this, to beable to get free delivery for an order that it less than £15, can anyone figure it out or had a similar problem????0 -
