you can download the software update from the apple site (iPod mini Software 1.3 for iPod mini),the first gen mini ipod used 1.2 version. i just updated it few hours ago

I just got mine delivered. It doesn't come with a dock, but I'm sure the JohnLewis site did list the dock as included (it doesn't now). Does anyone have a screen grab of the page which shows the dock as listed? Or did I imagine it?
