What is a 'usb charger'?
Most phones made these days do have a mini or micro usb port and only need a cable ( suuplied with a phone normally) to be charged from a PC usb port.0 -
Blackberrys have them. I believe Sony Ericsson, Nokia and other mobile phone companies are changing to them.

i was just going to say this, smart phones have it eg htc desire, wildfire, possiby the galaxy s, desire s0 -
The majority of phones do and have had them for a few years now, the last two phones I've had both have micro USB sockets, my phone before that had a mini USB socket, all for charging. The only common handsets I can think of just now that don't have a USB charger as standard are some Nokias.0

yes smartphones have them - but i don't like smartphones. I prefer standard phones.
And with those - especially the recent nokias and samsungs, even if they have a usb port - you will find that you cannot charge through them, only transfer data. You have to use their power adapter and their power port. It seems incredibly unfair, and a way for them to keep making money.
I am glad the EU is doing something about it - but it has been in the pipeline for 4 years now.0
