Let's face it the poor girl is unlikely to be prime minister. It's the sort of name I imagine an owner of a shop that sells tarot and inscense! :rotfl::rotfl:
I don't have many. I like George and William.
xx:rotfl:
I like both those names too but William is very much taken by approx 50% of my family:mad: And i like George too but apparently all DH hears are jungle drums when anyone says the name:o Only managed to get him to agree to Isaac & Daniel as we didn't know anyone in RL with the names and we couldn't think of anything silly about them..we don't agree on very much either so the fact we're still together without any major rows is a miracle in itself:D
Oh and we have to be careful with our surname, I like Harry & Henry, Hannah, Holly but our surname begins with H and it just sounds WRONG..think Harry Hill kind of wrong:rotfl:
Right I'm off to do work seeing as some of you aint sharing:p Be back 'ron x1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

I know Evelyn's a very old name... but OH is having none of it! It's been 'stolen' by a cousin anyway, making our argument moot!
He thinks that Ava's made up too!
OH wants a Hugo... I've got nothing against the name per se, but to me a Hugo belongs in private school, with floppy hair and a land rover.... we're not those kind of people! We would love to be, but we're not! :rotfl:
Every other boy I know born in the last 5 years seems to have been a George or a William, it seems like a hugely popular name right now, Harry's all over the place too.
I want an Alex if it's a boy and Erica if it's a girl. OH's a bit iffy about Erica but he does recognise that it's not made up which is a bonus! Both names also sound good with our surname!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Talllulah Belle Rockefeller for a girl
and Milo Manley Noah for a boy:rotfl:
I know they're out there, but I like them! DH's not so keen..!
I think our children will remain nameless forever!!0 -
I'm the opposite I like boys names but struggle with girls! Annoyingly the name I ALWAYS wanted for any boy I had is my OHs name now and that would be confusing! I did mention possibly switching his first and middle names as I like his middle name too! He liked that idea!
That would make our first born an "Anthony George". Current gave girls name is Autumn.DEBT FREE 3rd Sept 2011

Also, went for another walk this morning. And I managed to eat healthily yesterday.
I'm going to go for another walk this lunchtime as long as it doesn't rain otherwise I'll get wet feet...
ETA: Welcome fran-o! :hello:
Well done! Keep it up!! :T
Oh Lord not baby names please! LOL. We can't agree. I want something rare but not silly.0 -
Hello ladies, not that you'd really use some of them for a child but my favourite conversation to have with my oh is names that are also foods ; clementine, rosemary, brandy etc (it works best for girls though)
Don't think I'm struggling too much with my pre-pregnancy health and fitness. I used to be veggie so I'm too used to putting vegetables in everything, feel bad for my oh though when I send him to work with a lunch that's got all of his 5 a day in it, wonder what his friends say!
I'm a little sad about the exercise I'll have to give up, I don't think I'll feel too good about cycling to work with a baby growing in me and dance classes are only good for so long, will have to be resigned to walking and swimming0 -
Even a code for days when you have had sex, so I can prove to DH that he is getting enough! :rotfl::rotfl:
I've tried that, doesn't work. He just tries to tell me that other couples are doing it more than us. Which actually translates to 'My male colleagues/friends boast about having lots of sex'. *rolls eyes* Cos guys never exaggerate to each other about this stuff, do they?
I got so frustrated with him, that the last time he mentioned it, I said that if he really feels he can get more sex in a different relationship, he should go ahead and find this elusive relationship and stop pressuring me about it. He changed his tune then, funnily enough.
Yes, it was harsh. But having someone tell me that having sex 2 out of every 3 days isn't enough was doing my head in! I KNOW he gets it a lot more than other guys, so I also KNOW that the chances of him finding someone who wants to do it more often than I do, are pretty slim!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Exactly the same here!!! I told him if he wants more buggger off elsewhere then. He said but we are newly married we should be at it every day (married 18 months now). Til I reminded him yes but we have been together for 9 years and it took you 7 to propose ... thats nearly 10 years like! At this stage most men are lucky to get ie once a month like. I'm giving it to you 2-4 times a month. About one a week.
Ok maybe i'm bad after all if your at it 2 out if 3 days ...:o:o
