I've slightly altered the first post to start a list of 'lurkers and TTC posters'. After all, we can all learn from your experiences and we'd love you to stick around!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

I tried Cerazette once to come off Microgynon as i had migraines, but C really didn't agree with me I just bled the whole time and gave up after a month!
I was on Microgynon for about 10 years, and just happened to mention to GP when getting a repeat prescription that I get about 2 migraines a year. I always have done, and they run in my family. In fact mine are so mild compared to everyone elses, that I've never considered it a problem. the GP then refused to give me any more microgynon, and I had to move to a mini-pill  can't remember what the first one was called, I was only on it for about 2 months as I turned into a hormonal nutjob! then they moved me to Cerazette, which has been fine, once I got used to the lack of periods. First 6 months I spent a fortune on PG tests, just to make sure!
I feel like I've been waiting forever to TTC, I think that's why I've planned it all out. We've been married for 5 years last week, and my sister that got married about 3 months after us already has 2 girls (3.5 and 18 months) went to see them on Friday and was hard pushed not to smuggle niece no2 home in my handbag, she's such a cutie! Still by waiting til spring next year we'll be able to afford to buy the things we need without juggling debt repayments, and the nursery fees won't be such a burden etc.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
In terms of cost I am going to be a cruel mother lol. All a baby needs is 2 boobs, a bottom draw with a pillow and some sheets to lie on and some old towels as nappys. I have it sorted ... right ... LOL (Til I walk in those shops and want to spend spend spend!!!)0

heehee
my big sister had to sleep in a drawer until she was 6 weeks old as her cot wasn't ready - needed varnishing/painting, and she arrived early, into weeks of heavy rain so it didn't get painted until there was a dry weekend for it to be done outside! She was most put out to hear that when sister no4 was expecting :rotfl:

Scary! Good lord wait until your as close as I am! LOL. I nearly shake from head to foot when I think about it. As is hubby lol. He is sad to loose his independence ...0

Aw Rebekah I am sure when it is actually happening he will agree it is all worth it
and if you are organised and fair on each other, i think people can still have their own time and lives to an extent. Maybe I sound horribly naive as I am childless lol
Well I have come on to say who was I to chart my AF against what normally happens when I have been on the pill for years....AF is heretoday
never been so happy to be able to say that!! Can't believe I have been off pill for THREE weeks and my body seems to be sorting itself out already....here's hoping it's a good sign!
