I have been reading ttc books to get more of a hand on my cycle-what to expect-what I need to do etc. Have had blood tests to check for Rueblla. Am all immune so ready to go there. Have finished both books and recently brought the book I think QQ? said about that shows you the daily development of the baby. So that's coming with amazon. I looked up folic acid and the cheapest is sainburies at £1.05 for 90. Buy 2 get 1 free. I am taking a general vitamin and iron supplement daily at moment. Anyone found out if it's ok to take cranberry tablets still?0

Oh this is a nonsense... I do not have time to read two threads!
Ladies as someone here has said (I really must start to try to remember names/comments... at the moment many of you as a whole are just a blob of MSN commentators bar a few who have stuck out to me. I do apologise).
Lost my train of thought.... anyway there is no need for anyone to be hounded out.. Oh I've remembered: as someone said, the majority want you there. It is the reason why I decided not to not post.
Plus many of you are going through issues that my husband and I are/have. Ideally I wouldn't really be trying to a baby you probably have a stronger urge than I do therefore you are better fitted to the TTC board than I am. (I am happy to have/not a baby, my husband is the: 'oh look at that darling baby', 'Where would we put a cot', 'I wonder what our child would look like', whereas I'm more: 'you would be home alone with baby right now', and 'how will I cope with sleepness nights'.
(I do want a baby, our child would not be neglected by us or unwanted... and I will make an excellent mother. I know because I care.)
Gosh I am waffling... Ladies, come back. We don't do this 'don't talk to so and so business'. It feels like you have been shut out of a party.:(

Your wafling makes a lot of sense!
However I think these ladies have made up their minds (at least for the time being) and I don't think any amount of pleading will change that at the moment (although I wish it would
)
On second thoughts... maybe some cake and crisps would tempt them back.... c'mon ladies follow the high salt, high fat yummy goodness back this way

I may be tempted by a truckload of S&V crisps! hahaha
It's lovely to see you ladies here, and how much you want us, but I also don't want anyone else on the TTC thread to feel unwelcome because we are there. IYSWIM.
I think that at the very least, we should give it some time for people to calm down and move forward a bit. And don't worry, i'm still checking the thread so I will be popping on to congratulate anyone who gets their BFP!

I have no idea what went wrong on the other thread as I never felt I should read it as I didn't feel I belonged to it. And the reason for that is that we're going to try for a baby as soon as we paid back our loan (october, november this year). But I feel this thread might suit me:).
We're a youngish couple, OH is 34, me 31. We've appr. £9.5k debt at the moment. The debt was taken out instead of a mortgage, I'm the main breadwinner so my salary makes a huge difference at the moment. Hoping to pay back the loan by the end of October, beginning of NOvember than will start trying for a baby. The reason for the wait is that after the loan's gone, we'll need to build up a saving nest as my OH's salary will hardly pay for bills/food/etc, we def won't have any extra money left if I go on maternity leave. At the moment I also have 2 employers so qualify for 2 sets of maternity pay but this might change by September- I really don't want to go back to work after 4 or 5 months just because we can't afford 'me' staying at home for 9 months.0 -
Welcome to the thread. You've made massive inroads into clearing your debt so far!Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

Then we'll go for 6 months or so of 'not trying, not preventing' while my cycle settles down. Psychologically I think it'd be easier not conceiving for 6 months if there's a 'reason' if that makes sense.
S0d what FF says - when do YOU think you OV'ed?
Fair enough. What works for one, won't for another and vice versa.
Well, I originally thought that I had ov'd on CD15, but my temps continued to stay very low until CD24. But CD15 would make my LP a nice, healthy 12 days. It is possible that my temps were inaccurate or influenced by outside factors I guess. *shrugs* Who knows? lol
I'll need to do some of those OPK's to be sure and I don't want to start on them yet.
A big welcome to Kavics17 too! And well done on hammering down the debt. Doing the same here also.

Looking at your chart, could you have ov'd at CD20?euronorris wrote: »CD2 here. Yesterday started off slow and painfree and ended up the opposite! But FF had my ov day as CD23 which only gives me a LP of 4 days this month! That's not good! I hope it resolves itself in the next couple of months.
This thread is for those who are not TTC yet:oOoooh! Another new thread!
