    Hi all

Legal - why don't you stop the pill now and use another form of contraception as it can take upto 3 months for the hormones in the pill to get out your system.

OMG!!!! If I could thank you ten times over I would!! So simple...yet we never thought of it!! Wow!!! Thank you!!!:T

YAY! You started already! Without me LOL. When did you begin? We decided to put it back to the end of June rather than after this next period as we are on holiday in 3 weeks. 1 thing at a time! lol. I am already posting over there. Was lurking since last September! And posted since January!

Hi, we started at the end of last AF (18th May was first BD session)... all a bit unreal to be honest, not really bd'd enough this month to even catch and OH was poorly so he wasn't up to it and now I'm not well... so I suppose we will have to put this month down to a little practice.

I have been lurking on the TTC thread for what seems like ages... so long ago that i even remember Confuzzled TTC her first, right through to now! Yes I am stalking the lot of you!! Hehe!!

Well, I'll see you on the other thread next month, I think i miscalculated when we were going to start TTC, i thought it would be beginning of june but I wasn't far off!!

Take care girlies and happy planning/waiting!!

    Hi all

Well, after a successful attempt at TTC first time round (came off the pill in Feb, married in April, pregnant in May, not really trying but I was tracking my ovulation etc) we now have a beautiful 19 week old baby boy :D I'm going to be 35 next August so we want to try and get pregnant again around Christmas time so that I have a good 7 months before the 35 milestone comes around!

So, I was wondering if anyone can recommend any reading (internet or books) about preparing your body for a second pregnancy so soon after giving birth - I know it's recommended that you wait around 18 months but we'll only be waiting 11/12 so I want to make sure my health is good in order to support a second baby.

Also, does anyone know what the deal is with requesting a section? My birth was pretty traumatic, 68 hours between waters breaking and baby appearing, forceps and episiotomy - a bit scared to go through it again although I know it's unlikely to happen in the same way.

Hope to get to know you all over the next few months, haven't looked through the list yet but hopefully there will be some people here I know from the TTC/Pregnancy threads first time round!

Eee - just looked at the TTC list, Fuzz and Metranil Vavin are here! *WAVES*

HIYAAAAAAAAA :D You're supposed to wait 18months??? Stuff that:p Only waiting 12 coz I have to, if it was my choice I'd be 3 months gone by now:D
I would've thought you'd just need to take FA and possibly Iron supplements??? Are you BFing?? If so those pregnancy vitamins should be ok, but do check with your doctor:)
The birth will not be the same as your 1st and now you know what to expect I imagine you'll be calmer next time round...I know I will:)
re: sections - think you can only go optional if there's a medical reason for it, whether it's for health reasons or sanity reasons, when you get pg start telling the mw your worries, just talking about it might help you recover from it..I'm hoping for a vbac next round *fingers crossed*

Whats everyone upto today????? I've got half day then driving DH to hospital, should be fun he hates it when I'm driving and he's sober:p:D
