Morning Everyone
Thought, I had pop my head in, not managed to read for the last couple of days as I have had the sewing machine out, after we covered the seats in the conservatory table/chairs, had some material left over, so managed to make 4 cushion covers with it, the back of one had to be a little patched, but strange how sewing is like riding a bike, don't use one for years and within 5 mins you are away. then managed to repair 4 bras to stop bones coming out, shortened a pair of trousers into crops (they were too short or me) and the same with a pair of DH's but made them into shorts. I had also bought some matching curtains to the lounge to make cushion covers out of and have taken them apart. The sewing machine has been a bit of a PITA, so will look for another one before I try this again.
Off to Filey today to take one of my best friends out for the day, she was 70 in April, and is blind so a trip out is a better present that goodies.
(((hugs))), Hi-5's, spoons, etc. to those in need.

morning all
i actually slept for almost 5 hours :j would have probably slept a bit longer if ds hadnt of woken up crying just after 4. by the time i realised he was crying and went to see him, he had stopped and gone back to sleep. he seems to have hayfever at the moment as well. his eyes are streaming and he is sneezing non stop. he has gone off to nursery with some piriton if he needs it.
shopping was delievered last night. was due to come between 7-9 and typically it came just before 9. i was so tired and wanted to go to bed. i fell asleep on the sofa earlier in the day
so i have food in the house and no ideas what to cook for dinner still
i have crawled back under my duvet but i really need to get dressed today. have had a few days moping. i didnt hoover yesterday so that is a must to be done today. some washing is ready to go out on the line as well. ds' bedroom needs tidying too.
my friend keeps badgering me to go out for lunch or at least let her bring lunch round so may have to give in to her otherwise she is threatening to camp on my doorstep
hubby seems to have vanished off the face of the earth. which is unlike him. he sometimes needs some space and stays with a friend but checks up on ds all the time. he didnt reply to any of my texts/calls yesterday and i havent heard from him since wednesday. i know he isnt staying with his friend as they are on their honeymoon
anyway enough moaning. its all i do lately

Morning all, Just!
Been MIA for the last week as wasn't feeling well and had a mountain of housework and ironing that I was underneath. Doctor on Tuesday said get some more rest. So I started doing 15 mins of housework with hour long rests inbetween and I've managed to get it all done, gone to 2 meetings about my eldest, sorted out the mortgage and the house insurance, paid some monthly bills and did a freezer list too. Feeling much better now - shame really as OH is due back from a weeks work today!!! Must get some envelopes to post off all my cheques and his timesheet. Finished another hamper for a christmas present so that pleases me (one less thing to buy for!!!) also sold my cross trainer which was just gathering dust!!
Curry out of the freezer for tea tonight with naans and oops'd poppadoms. Kids love it. Sounds like I'm going to have an uphill struggle with my eldest - specially as this county now don't diagnose Autism / aspergers - grrr. Still even if they did it wouldn't change his behaviour at home. Need to have a chat with OH this weekend too. Right better get on. Have a great day all xxMe, OH, grown DS, (other DS left home) and Mum (coming up 80!). Considering foster parenting. Hints and tips on saving £ always well received. Xx
March 1st week £80 includes a new dog bed though £63 was food etc for the week.0 -
Emsf are you not in UK now ? Why can you not get a diagnosis?0
