I got my ID Back yesterday (letter dated 4th Jan), i rang them this morning to check the progress and they told me the application had been successful and the account was opened yesterday the 8th Jan, and to expect my Welcome Pack within 5 working days.
Give them a call on 0800 00 88 00 (8am till 8pm, Monday to Friday). And they will let you know the outcome, They were really helpful.:o0 -

For information guys....
I transferred £1500 on Saturday evening via Natwest internet banking and it hit my Citibank account today, so technically 3 working days, bearing in mind paying in cash at Lloyds takes a minimum of 4 working days, if you need tocredit your Citibank account, this might be the way you need to do it.
