Not really free though is it, somebody still has to pay for it and im guessing it wont be somebody on benefits.
Don't confuse him with commonsense, he's busy fantasizing about free heroin.
The government paying the Taliban for heroin to fund their war against us probably seems logical to someone like him.0 -

No. They come on prescription. Many people pay for prescriptions.0 -
;43484080]Oh, so that's OK then, make it free.
I'd just like to point out that was sarcasm for the hard of thinking
Legalisation was YOUR idea. You just wanted to charge for it.....

Legalising the drugs would be even better for the following reasons:
It would be more expensive for new druggies to try but much cheaper for long term users as cost would not be individually tailored by dealers to create addiction or exploit those already addicted.
It could be taxed and the tax used to fund drugs education and rehabilitation.

Where was YOUR heroin going to come from?0 -
Wee_Willy_Harris wrote: »Well, I think we've seen how effective the current heroin treatment regime is. Methadone kills more addicts than heroin. And it has a street value.
How does that support your crazy notion of giving it to these parasites for free?
Given he above I'd be more in favour of making Methodone free than heroin, at least we'd have more attrition of the user base.0
