Funny that because it usually works the other way, foil first then when that stops scratching the itch they move onto the needle. The longer they take heroin the more they need to get high and then after a while they find it very hard to get high and are just feeding their habit to fight off the withdrawal.

    just say no.

grange hill stopped me from ever wanting to try heroin (seriously) even though the good effects sound pretty good. don't want to end up like zammo.

some people do seem to get hooked on things more easily than others. there is a genetic component to addiction. i've tried other drugs but happy to leave it at that whereas others end up spiralling out of control. same with booze.

I did say no but sadly a fair few of the people I went to school didn't, drug abuse in my area is rife. I know some of the people I mentioned chose to turn to drugs because of the terrible home lives and a lot of the others tried drugs to see what they are like, quite a few of them are now dead from heroin overdoses and I know of at least 2 who were murdered and the rest of them are still living the life of an addict.

Out of all the people I know who have been addicted to heroin over the years there are only 3 of them who have managed to get off it, it certainly is an evil drug.
