Oh no I will be absolutely gutted if I have missed out on this one!! I have desperately been trying to get my order through but have a feeling they have caught on and stopped it and now only offering a free gift with a £28 spend... Would somebody be so kind as to double check this for me because I have a feeling I may be doing it wrong (combination of late night, exam stress and too much coffee! ). Many thanks in advance

It may be because most of the free spend moisturisers are out of stock, I think I could only find Satsuma or Moringa that were in stock.

Still working! Best for items similar prices. Everyone seems to be ordering the cheaper items. but good value for higher prices too. Random £40 worth for £16.50 as example below.

For £15 total (£38 worth) I swapped the Body Balm for Polynesia Lotus & Frangipani Body Puree 250ml for £10.

But I'm not ordering - honest!

Can anyone help please? I am adding 3 similarly priced items and it shows buy 2 get 1 free - but then when I add 5 lower priced items (aiming for buy 5 get 2 free), it only gives one promotion (looks like it's the buy 5 get 2 free).

I thought we could do both in one order. Am I wrong?

I can only get either the buy two get one free or the buy three get two free not both together. I think for a brief time it was possible to get both if you put two the same of one item and three the same of a different one. I think it was a glitch that they fixed quite fast.

You should be able to still get three things free though, two products for the buy three get two free and a free body puree. I found if my total showed £20 or above the body puree was free.

I have been sooooooo naughty and placed another order! I started off saying I was just stocking up for Christmas pressies but it's soon degenerated into me buying stuff I want for myself! Much cheaper to buy this way than go to the store in town and pay full price, so although it will be a shock when the credit card bill comes in, I think it's probably a good deal in the long run.

I notice most of the free gifts are out of stock now. Wonder if they'll put on a different offer soon?

Just got my order, 5 bottles of Strawberry shower gel and some satsuma lotion for £9 hehe, they were OOS on one of my items so I guess that's just going to be refunded?

OOOOHHHH.. i was in body shop today and they had samples of the new duo body butters coming on sale in the next couple of weeks....they are lush.
the vanilla is scrummy, you just want to eat it!!!!
looking forward to these coming available...
