    I was missing an eye cream out of my order yesteday as it stated it was OOS, I e-mailed them last night and they have mailed me back this morning to apologise and will be sending it out for me. :)

    So I would advise anyone to contact them regarding missing items!

    My second order arrived today. I put it with the rest of my stash and realised that it looks like I have a small shop. Bodyshop, Soap & glory, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy and M & S toiletries. Enough is enough. No more for me!

    Don't forget cashback through Topcashback. They increased rates for bodyshop and now whopping 24.24% :eek:

    Only one of mine has tracked and I have had to submit claims for all the rest. This hasn't happened to me previously with BS - they've always been fairly quick.
