i have my dispacth e-mail from an order done on the 16th, shows Mango shower OOS and they have reduced bill by £2. should i phone CS too, do you think?

I got an email to say that my order has been despatched, but when I checked the total, it says £13.50, rather than £15.00, which is how much I spent. Do you think that one of my items is OOS?

Did you order anything that was £1.50? A bath lily perhaps? If you log in to your account it will tell you what items are being sent with the order.

Oh no! I just checked my BS account, and one of the items is OOS. Thanks ME. Shall I give them a call in the morning and see if they can send it out when it comes back in stock?

1 x Satsuma body lotion (free gift ,got when you spend £28)
1 x Hairbrush with bamboo pins - £8

subtotal = £21 .

All in ,£52 worth for £21 . My bargain of the week

Rec'd 4 of my orders yesterday and 3 of them were missing a free mango shower gel (wasnt sure if I should call as the items were free) but called them this morning and the product is now back in stock so they are going to send them out and the customer services lady was lovely :j
