New body butters, I look forward to those! I am quite addicted and the only one i haven't liked so far is the blueberry one as that smelt of cat wee.

I haven't tried the blueberry yet lol, love pink grapefruit! I'm using strawberry at the moment which isn't as strong, also got the following in my 'stock' to try mango, dreams unlimited, sweet lemon, satsuma, can't think what else lol. I have shea for my LO who has severe excema & it's amazing the difference it's making on her! My other DD loves pomegranate but that's like gold dust to get hold of! What are the new ones that are coming out?

Have been tempted to place a 3rd order keep putting stuff in basket then going away. Nearly bought the Blueberry body butter but haven't smelt it either "cat wee" love it:rotfl:Did buy the Wild Cherry bb and it's not what I expected I thought it was a bit chemically def not enough cherry smell in that one for me. The mango and cocoa one's are lovely. I don't know why they don't make the smaller tubs for all the body butters then if it's not liked they can be chucked out.

Well ,just got my delivery in today .....

2 x Sandle wood candles - £10 each
2 x Root shave cream for men - £8 each
1 x Satsuma body lotion (free gift ,got when you spend £28)
1 x Hairbrush with bamboo pins - £8


Only to open the box to find a brown bag inside ,no bubble wrap/polystyrene . So then I opened the brown paper bag to find one of the shave cream tubs smashed up and empty ,so the cream is all over the place - it's also saturated one of the candles and the box and the hair brush I got too ...... sent them an email asking if they can rectify the situation . So I was wondering if any of you have had any problems ? and if not ,does anyone have a clue what will happen ?

Hi, I orderded some pink grapefruit shower gel amongst other things. When arrived the box was badly damaged, and like you inside just a brown paper bag. You can guess the rest everything was covered in shower gel, my body butters were okay I just rinsed them, but my gift cubes were wrecked and I had also ordered a shimmer waves bronzer which was also smashed. I rang customer services and they were very helpful and replaced damaged items no problem. I agree the boxes need more packaging to prevent this happening.
Give them a ring!

Had exactly the same today! Ordered a shimmer/matt blusher and it had smashed and gone everywhere. I rang CS and they are sending me another one - I said they needed to bubble wrap it. Bit careless on their part, in addition to all the "freebies" they are now having to send out more free goods! There is still some of the blusher left so I can use it plust I'm getting another one!

Il give them a call tomorrow then ,as it's probably a bit too late now . Thanks for that . And yes ,they should had some sort of stuffing in the box . Iv not long noticed the outer box itself is damaged ,OH says it looks like Its been kicked as the bottom corner folds in . Pretty bad coming from UPS .

Cant grudge a freebie But agree ,they could have saved themselves some bother by using some sort of protector ,like paper even . The free sample Travel Bag I got today was better protected and I got that for nothing :rotfl:

Thanks OP. Managed to get 7 items delivered for £15, so will go in loft when received to join the other christmas gifts I've been buying up. Got loads to buy for at christmas so really appreciate getting these deals.

Received an order today that was for 2 x £10 candles, 1 x Lip Liner
1 x Lip Tint, 1 x Free Body Lotion which they were charging me £15, great price for all them goodies, only 1 x candle got delivered so rang them up to ask if it was following to be told it's out of stock and they have refunded £10 to my card....:j:j:j So got all the stuff for £5:rotfl::rotfl:
It just gets better and better, although i really need to STOP ordering from them now as i think i have far too much.
