i can't make it work it'll only let me have one of the lotions even though i have over £35 in my basket

I see some people have found that they have had some items missing - my order has been dispatched and it says 6 items when there should be 7. Have people had much luck in getting the 'freebie' items sent? Thanks

Are there any good offers instore at the Body Shop at the moment? I've yet to use up my groupon voucher which expires on Weds!

Yes, when I called them up about my missing item, they checked for stock, and then sent it out straight away. Definitely fabulous for customer service.:j

I used a couple of groupon vouchers last week.

The first one I used spending £30 make up and skincare (things I wanted but no special offers) and I was given a free gift that they are giving away if you spend £25 (I think) on make up and skin care. There was a choice of 2 gifts and I chose the Vitamin E one, which was hand and nail cream, eye cream and a big and curvy mascara - they say the set was worth £27.50. I needed eye cream and DD2 needed mascara so that was a good freebie for me.

I went to use my second voucher on Sunday and was told I didn't get a free gift as I was using a Groupon voucher but when I said I'd been given one a few days earlier they said I could have one straight away, I thought I'd have to go back another day but they just said it wouldn't be fair to let me have a gift one day and then not another day. Mascara for DD1 this time and more eye cream for me.

The other choice of gift contained the vitamin c stuff in orange packaging but I've no idea what was in it.

I phoned customer services when the Mango Body Wash was missing and they were really helpful. Checked stock, Popped one in the post (even though it was one of the free items) and it arrived within two days. Brilliant service, helpful staff, speedy delivery. Try the number on the Order Sheet.

All stocked up now with some of the Freebies for the Charity Christmas Raffle. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

The £35 might be your problem. I found if I put more in my basket then it took some of the freebies off, remove something and it put them back again.

Could you split it into two orders and see if it works that way. I found around the £20 mark worked best.
