Yes my stuff came in the brown bags within a box - but some did come with a wad of shredded brown stuff to pack out the box - so my four ordrs all arrived fine (and realy want to do another!!).

Only to open the box to find a brown bag inside ,no bubble wrap/polystyrene . So then I opened the brown paper bag to find one of the shave cream tubs smashed up and empty ,so the cream is all over the place - it's also saturated one of the candles and the box and the hair brush I got too ...... sent them an email asking if they can rectify the situation . So I was wondering if any of you have had any problems ? and if not ,does anyone have a clue what will happen ?

Sorted ,just phoned them and they are sending replacements (of a candle/shave cream and hair brush) even though I pointed out the hair brush itself was ok , it just needed washed but they still said they would send one ..... who am I to complain :rotfl:The lassie herself was lovely ,and couldn't have been more apologetic (which in turn made me feel so guilty) . So again thank you for the help you gals ,and have fun the rest of you
