Thank u to all the posters on here...not bought anything from the body shop for about 20 years so didn't look at this thread until today....wow...fab deal....2 orders done!

Can't wait for my goodies to arrive! :j
  • Interesting.

I went to check my parcel tracking through the e-mail they sent me yesterday, and happened to glance that they are only charging me £12, I was sure I ordered more! (lol!) , so I looked at the 'items in your order' and they have given me my seaweed facial wash for free, which would have been £2.50 :rotfl:.. As well as 3 free gifts and the 25% off code working on the remaining items. :T

£43 worth of items for £12.. Plus Quidco has tracked at £1.66 so perhaps I should say..

    £43 worth for £10.34

I've no idea why, but the mango sets, which contain the same products, but one is worth £32 and the other £34 (both on sale £20)?

Cath I think the only difference was the material of the bath lily, was the £34 the ultra fine bath lily?! The only thing I could think of. I ordered the £32 as the £34 one was OOS, its lovely.

I just looked and the one worth £34 has a clear package and two-tone bath lily, I think I have ordered this one, the other one just describes a bath lily.

I don't know how I can keep this as a gift, tho have earmarked two of my purchases as gifts even tho I want them myself lol! Also wanting the Grapefruit set or single body butter to come back in stock!

Is there only one range of Palmers cocoa Butter that does smell like chocolate? I think my friend said before there was, i remember her sniffing different bottles lol. What colour is the bottle? Believe it or not, even after amassing 5 butter lately, i wouldn't mind trying this lol.

The original cocoa butter formula range are the ones that smell chocolatey, I think they are in the white bottles. There is also a body oil that has the same scent and that's what I use:)

Has any had a problem with receiving their correct order?
I recieved a huge box yesterday but when i opened it i found it contained 3 customer orders from a body shop party in london (i'm in Devon)!
When i tracked my order it said it had been signed for in Arun, GB which i believe is in Sussex?
I now have an image of a massive conveyer belt going a warp speed with somebody attaching address labels...to the wrong boxes:eek:
The label on the outside of the box is mine, but the contents (and the list of items inside...for the 3 customers) is wrong.
I'm going to contact Body Shop on Monday to see if they can sort this out but i won't be lugging the huge box to the post office that's for sure!
    Smoke free since 30/01/13 :j

I was wondering about this clairet1961. I just checked my online account as my second parcel had been dispatched and the weight is showing as 15.something kgs, whereas the weight for my first parcel was correct@ about 1.7kgs.

    Very odd!

I should imagine that they would ask UPS to pick your parcel up :)
