Bodyshop - HUGE GLITCH! [Still working 17/05/11]!!

anyone know if an item is misssing from order as not available, do they dispatch it later when available or do you not get it at all.

my shimmer waves is missing, but still in stock on line so a bit confused?

Yeh same happened to me I received the banana shampoo but not the conditioner that was still in stock on-line. I placed a further order for the conditioner only for it to be dispatched no problem.

Be careful though as I have been charged still for the missing item. I will be phoning up to complain as I haven't received any reply to the email that I sent two days ago.

I had an item missing from an order last year (a glitch order so that was my free item). It was when there was a 3 for two on skincare glitch and it was giving the most expensive item free. You could order two soaps and get the giftset free - there were a few happy MSErs that day . Anyway my gift set was missing - as apparently out of stock but I saw it online back in stock. I emailed a polite email saying that I was disappointed that my item was out of stock and I've noticed that as it's now in stock would they please send me it?. They emailed back saying that they would and it was dispatched that day. However I know some others had to argue their case so I think it depends how you ask or what CS rep you get hold of. Hope you get your item.

ok 4th and final order done.

I popped in bodyshop yesterday to check out the colour of there foundation, i really felt like telling the people shopping in there about this glitch and the money they could save themselves!! thank you MSE im so glad i discovered you when i did :T:T:T

Thanks Cheepchick I hope so cause it was ordered before the glitch was even on. I just hate phoning places to complain especially as my last five orders have been using the glitch, bit scared to rock the boat.

My local stores won't do this They did where I lived before.

Oh dear - 4th order submitted - colleague told me how good the hemp foot protector was, so had to place an order.

I agree - I just tried it for the first time a few nights ago and cant wait to wear my new sandals and show off my feet for a change!
