really gutted and annoyed about my parel as was christmas prezzies as they have delivered it or should I say UPS have delivered it to Newhaven which is totally the wrong side of Brighton not a happy bunny

I had notification yesterday that mu 4th order was despatched. The trscking info says the following:>>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later.

My older orders that have been delivered can still be viewed on the system so not sure if this means anything.....hope my parcel hasn't gone missing!

Do UPS deliver on a Sunday?

Hi, are you sure it's saying as delivered to Newhaven? Newhaven is one of UPS's depots and is where my parcels were dispatched from after being picked up from the Body Shop.

Finally worked! I ended up figuring out you just need to keep clicking update on the 3 free ones random until all 3 turn up as £0.00.. only took me 3 days. lol.

Anyway got 5 shower gels, the lipcare with spf thing, and the body butter and the lotion (went for coconut shimmer for my hols, and a sweet lemon whip). Was £16, bit of a bargain.

Yes it is that good. Within a week my cracked heels were gone. It is very thick.
