    Yes the chip goes with the spam he places on here, a very tasty combination I am told ;)
    Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
    Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    This from a person who spams the forum, swears at newbie posters, and has the post removed, admits to demeaning people on a public forum, and himself posts wrong information about a council ticket, and is not man enough to apologise, and as for opc, when you are convicted of misleading the public, and make money out of doing so that is fraud, I don't mince my words, you just spam yours.

    So this is my last words on that matter, if you want to take it further PM me
