Cashoomoney.co.uk Scam
Hi guys,
I recently went onto cashoomoney.co.uk to get some qoutes for a 'pay day' loan.
Then a few days later I have found a payment of 67.70 taken from my bank account, this has resulted in my account going over the overdraft limit. I emailed them and got a responce within 20 minutes, say that the £67 was a signing up fee, so I emailed back after looking through all of their terms and conditions requesting to cancel my membership (as I'm still within 14 days) and get a full refund. However, now they seem to be ignoring all of my emails! and there is no phone number what so ever on there website or terms and conditions page.
Can anyone help/advise?
If i don't get a refund soon I'll run out of food!
Thanks guys.

Hi guys,
I've sent two letters in writing to there address, but my worry is they'll simply say they didn't receive it. I've emailed them to let them know I've sent a letter, but again no response?
Anyone know what I can expect?
Also I thought that their parent company was moneywise ltd?

Make sure you send the letters by recorded delivery and keep hold of the tracking slip.0

Why, why, why do people pay money to borrow money!!
I've had a look on this site and basically for the money you have to commit to be a member they will simply place you with a firm - ok, yes its guaranteed they will find you a loan. Thats their get out clause - one firm might charge 2000% apr, but because they are offering the loan they have found you one.
To the OP, if you are struggling to find food money then a payday loan will get you into a vicious cycle of debt - avoid.
If I opened up a firm called kissyourmoneygoodbye I am sure there would be a couple of people sign up :rotfl:0 -
