The bashing is due toPrice falls will get bigger in the coming months.
I'm think the bulls are bitter as this is the start of the turn that will lead to big falls.

from Brit expecting 50% price drops he's now celebrating a 0.2% fall... now that's being hopeful...The bashing is due to

Except he didn't do just that. Jesus christ are you actually reading any responses here?0 -
Agree with the above, I used to look quite a lot at the house/mortgage forums a couple of years back when I was looking to buy and one poster that stuck in my mind was brit1234 with his signature predicting 50% falls in big red letters. I can't believe after making such a stupid prediction he is still on these forums making more silly predictions and trying to scare first time buyers out of buying their first home.
I'm glad I didn't listen to him.0 -
I havnt bothered with this forum for months, but when I do log back in to check things the first thread I see is by Brit getting all super worked up over a 0.2% fall hehe. Not much changes around here.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:A quick glance through the thread and its clear its not brit who's getting all lathered up.
Lordy. The bulls are a noisy bunch when they're rattled eh.0 -

Could have been worse. He could have predicted no falls and a lovely fluffy soft landing. A lot of people should be glad they didn't listen to those guys.

That maybe true, but if had of predicted no falls in the last 2 years he would of been a lot nearer the mark than with the prediction he did make.Could have been worse. Obviously if you make the same prediction about house prices for years on end, at some point you will be right, its a poor show though if you have to go back 4 years for your last correct prediction.Actually, I'm pretty sure you will have been reading that since 2007.
So the bashing on pages 1 to 3 is due to the comment on page 4 then. Ok then. :rotfl:0
