Hi, have I missed something, have prices risen?

I'm think the bulls are bitter as this is the start of the turn that will lead to big falls.

Like, I dunno, 50% falls by the end of the year?

    Keep it coming.

All this attacking a poster because they posted a simple fact is a little silly.

Anyone who didn't know username positions on this and was reading through couldn't be blamed for mistakenly thinking that Brit was outright lying with the amount of spin and venom thrown his way for posting a simple statistic.

Everyone gets predictions wrong. Those that will actually put their thoughts on paper that is. We then have those who won't say a thing, won't predict a thing, and rarely discuss anything in any detail, having a go at everyone else for being wrong. Yes...I include you in that.

I havnt bothered with this forum for months, but when I do log back in to check things the first thread I see is by Brit getting all super worked up over a 0.2% fall hehe. Not much changes around here.

I know if it was 20% I could understand it. These falls are nothing.

Yeap try to change it 3 times a month with Halifax, Nationwide and Land registry figures.

Do you disagree that Alt A and Option Arms have imploded in the US as in my previous signature.

Do you doubt there would of continued to be massive house price falls if interest rates were not cut to 0.5% in my signature before.

Oh by the way did you see house prices fell according to Nationwide this month.

    Chip on my shoulder....!!!!!!?

Quite why you feel the need to automatically defend a poster just because his viewpoint is slightly the same as yours, albeit somewhat more extreme, on house prices confuses me somewhat.

Quite why this whole thread has descended into bashing a poster simply for posting the news confuses me somewhat. You doing a large part of the bashing for no real reason.

Seems the pot is trying to scream at the kettle here.

And ask Brit himself. Don't defend him elsewhere...so it's nothing to do with that!
