Found an offer but not sure exactly where to post it as I am a bit of a novice on MSE threads, except for the DTD threads!!!!
I have posted it on a thread for cheap rail tickets, but there is probably somewhere else better to post, so I am quite happy for someone else to do this.

Morning All
We had quite a heavy frost last night - I was so glad that I got the fleece yesterday because they all seem to have survived.
Planted some more runner beans, courgettes, tomatoes, cucumber and mixed salad leaves ( I sow these every 2 weeks so that I have a continuous supply in the summer)
Have some bread rising so I will knock that back in a while. I have also made some yoghurt and it is in the boiler cupboard.
Freezers and cupboards all sorted so I know what I have. Meal plan done for the month and I have a teeny shopping list for tomorrow. Thankfully we will be able to get by this month without having to buy much
Candygirl I hope you enjoy your day with the littlies and that SOTD behaves.
Happy Birthday to OH ....enjoy your meal tonight x
NPM....... Are you not covered by the disability descrimination act ?because you are a carer and as such this has to be taken into account, if they want you to work silly hours.
Well I had better get kneading BFN xBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Afternoon all
Been flying this morning and then took a break and got distracted by the competitions board. It's really good.
Going to have lunch and then tackle some more cleaning.
Have a good afternoon.

Excellent news Julie, sending you lots of positive-knock-'em-dead-with-your-superb-skills vibes :T
Tappers - Sending DS lots of positive vibes too, hope he got on well at his interview
Busy morning spend in Brum. Went to rag market to get fabric and it was shut  I could have screamed. Spent £7 on train tickets to get me, mum and DD into Brum and the sodding place is shut. Thankfully all was not lost and there is an indoor market next door that sells mostly foodstuffs. in there was a stall absolutely teeming with lots of gorgeous fabrics and I now have a lovely pile of fabric next to me to make dresses, skirts and hopefully some left over for any future craft projects
All I've done since I've got back is put the BM on, tidy up a bit and have lunch. Need to crack on and get some dusting done before school run starts again.
Ulypool - Hope the counsellor can help your DD, dropping from 10-12 to a 6  and school don't think a move would be in her best interests

Candy - Have a good time with SOTD, perhaps she wants to kiss and make up
Happy Birthday to Mr Candy
Molly - I too need to go and look at my veggies, think I've lost a brassica for some reason? Courgettes aren't looking too pretty either
Hugs and spoons all round. Have a good day OS or not.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife

Just popping in to wish major posi-vibes for all who have job interviews, or are in the process of doing applications.
A word to the wise.... don't be disheartened by the amount of places that don't even trouble to acknowledge when you send them your CV. It seems to be par for the course these days, manners in HR departments seem to be sadly lacking. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

My thoughts exactly. She has lost 2 stone in weight and is looking like a bag of bones. What has really grated on me is the fact that they opposed the move but then allowed her to have authorised time off to view the fingers crossed new school she will be attending.Feels as if they are almost toying with her:mad: Madness, total madness. She is back home now after having been dragged into another incident this lunchtime, she just got her brother to let her out via the 6th form doors and I phoned them when she arrived home.Maybe I should have made her go back but her brother phoned me to say she was in tears which is why he let her go .So now waiting on ANOTHER phonecall from her current year tutor.Part of me just feels like pulling her out from the school and just re entering her back into education via the new school.Paul Walker , in my dreams;)0 -

thanks Bitsy.
The interview went well and they liked him:j now they need to discuss what direction he wants to go in and try and find something for him.:) He seems pleased with how it all went anyway. I'll let you all know if anything comes of it.
Had a nice morning pottering about. Just had a nice read of my book. Got a bit of a headache and have taken some pills.
