Would like to point out to The loan ranger the following
1. All deliveries due in a space of 7 days, never used them before and wont use them again.
2. Due to illness not in a position at moment to do it myself otherwise I would.
3. As for getting a life, in view of current illness a bit of a sick remark.

I never ring customer services to complain, I always email them. That way you have a record and I have always had refunds sorted this way. Why should I pay to make a complaint about their poor service?

When I used to order online with Tesco, i solved the problem of poor customerservice in teh delivery and packaging of my goods. My driver was great..the subs were terrible, the packing poor, and once they failed to show up at all and blamed me! I got even. I began ringing over every single niggle....slightly dented tins etc, squashed frozen chip bags (but teh chipswere fine) etc. they refunded me so often and had a log of my oh so many very politely and friendly compliants (i always use a friendly tone to the rep, it helps them want to help you lol) that they must have flkagged me......all the reminder of my deliveries were absolutely flawlessly packed and on time and subs carefully thought out. I only stopped using them as Asda started delivering and the prices lower, the codes better, and I never had to complain after trying them and staying on.

I ordered some special offer washing powder from Tesco - 18kg for £7.58. As expected, it was out of stock, but they sent a substitute - 15kg for just under £29!!! What kind of substitution is that??!!

tescos did this to me once and it was on a wine order rang head office asked what they were going to do about it, ended up with a set delivery time also got full refund on wine and £15 for my trouble, just be polite and nice to the people on the phone its not their fault and this usually goes a long way to getting a satisfactory result! sorry your deliverys have been bad, but hopefully things will get better!

A tesco worker once told me to F*** Off for no reason and wrote to the store manager and i wrote to their chairman Sir Terry Leavey. I got no response from the store and a pre-formulated letter from Sir Terry whats his face just saying they were sorry their service didnt meet my satisfaction.

They are rubbish. I got my own back by walking round the store eating things and hiding the wrappers!!!

Am I really the luckiest person in the world when it comes to Tesco deliveries? In the six years or so we've been using them we've only had one delivery missing it's slot (by about 30 minutes) we regularly get drivers arriving early (after they've phoned to ask - quite funny as we can usually see them parked round the corner anyway), we occasionally get substitutions which the drivers point out immediately and ask us if we want them or not and on the very rare occasions we've been charged for non-appeared items they've been corrected by one phone call. We've even had other stuff we haven't ordered delivered to us and after phoning Tescos been told we can keep it.

What am I doing right??

so you stole from tescos ? theft is theft you should have been arrested quite clearly the security guard needs to be sacked
