I Hate Tescos Attitude And They Have Picked On The Wrong Person.

The last 3 home delivers I have had from Tescos have been beyond belief.
SORRY FOR RANT AM HAVING A REALLY BAD DECEMBER
delv no 1
No receipt over charged (BOGOF) have not come off, 8 phone calls no call backs as we speak still no receipt.Subs sent back not refunded onto my account.Security tag still on printer cartridge, which was the wrong one so I cant take back without receipt.

40 mins late no phone call told by 0845 no driver stuck in traffic, driver arrived told me no one had contacted him no traffic probs, probs with previous customers credit card. Dont appriciate being lied to. Washing powder box had been tampered with half of tablets had been removed, best b4 dates rubish and so on.

WINE DELV DUE THIS MORNING. DID NOT ARRIVE. 6 phone calls later still no wine told to reorder for next week. I dont think so.
That was the end of the road, I want the tele no, or email address or home address for Sir Terry Levy, if it is him who is still in charge.
CAN ANYONE MSE OUT THERE HELP

try asda if they deliver to your area, I gave up on tesco a long long time ago. They are just too big for their boots and don't care at all now.0

I went for an interview with Ocado, who give their drivers more responsibility and authority to make refunds at your doorstep. I think the'd be worth trying if you wish to change.matched betting: £879.63

never had a problem with my tesco deliveries - one of the drivers carries it all the way through to the kitchen too.
i have beed overcharged once - rang them up and sorted out immediately.
make sure the store know (where it is delivered from) as the man/co-ord may be completely unaware. good luck0 -
Ive had great service too from my local Tesco. They have friendly drivers and they are happy to take the shopping wherever you want it. Any discrepancies were sorted out upon ringing the customer services and when they hadnt sent enough of something once they sent someone out specially the next day with more - and a bit extra for our inconvenience! The only thing that ever wasnt right - was when we ordered lots of fizzy white wine - they didnt have it all so they substituted some of the bottles - for red wine that wasnt fizzy - we just sent it all back no problem!Weight Loss - 102lb0

OP has tried to use a service as advertised, and failed. Not their fault.
I thnk the OP should complain as much as they like and make sure they take their business elsewhere.We all evolve - get on with it0 -
