Tesco misprice discussion area part 15

Comments

  • Don't try La Corigia Pinot Grigio Blush Rose wine 2005, which someone suggested there might be a possible misprice on.

    Yellow SEL £3.79, scanned at £3.79 :(
    (but I'd forgotten my debit card unfortunately!)

    Also saw the same in an Express for £4.19.

    There was DEF a misprice when I bought it and reported it, The price must have gone up while the extra 25% was on and come back down now it's gone...

    Sounds like the same with the Moet, was £19.XX, then £20.XX for the 25% offer and NOW £15.XX !!!

    I don't think there is any need for you're comments or the silly faces.
    You could have pointed me in the right direction for the number without the nasty comments or you could have just ignored my post.

    Get you're head out of your !!!!! & try being nice to people instead of being a an !!!!! hole :rolleyes:
    :mad: Ghostbusters, RSPCA, anyone you want some will be interested in your story others wont you just have to find the correct people. maybe read the first post of the thread it will have a good number to start with in there. Infact do you want me to call them for you?:mad: I am sure you will work it out. I did think of another brilliant coment to write here about another major learning curve but I expect it would have upset you.

    You were members before me but you really only seemed to start posting on these threads a few months ago. your names were mentiond as they are ones that stood out at the time. I did say that there were others and also mentioned you have mellowed. I just cant remember who they were and I had just woke up a short time before typeing it and was still in bed.

    After catching up on todays posts !!!!!! are these newbies on we now have platinum r+r from postie, hows the selling of the GTi going? and a diamond r+r from someone whos name starts with an H and I cant wait for the daimond encrusted Gold one or what ever it was !!!!!! they just make the newer people reading ask more stupid questions, at least with the whats a SEL and whats an r+r it could be answered in a few words like read the first post or two but the whole repeated its an r+r when the CSA doesnt mark the recipt so you can return it and get another refund "Free money"

    And just so we dont get any questions
    CSA = customer services asssitant
    TS = Trading standards
    ASA = Advertising standards agency
    SEL = Shelf edge label
    r+r/R&R = !!!! knows but it involes tesco giving stuff for free (refund and retain I think normally)
    Tesco customer services phone number 0800 505555

    If you need any more info read the first post its normally there

    Im tired and Im going to bed, I may have an hour on superman that I picked up today.

    so martin if your watching how about talking up the tesco policy and getting tony bLiar to go with the tesco policy for all traders[3QUOTE]

    How about the powers that be igore this suggestion.

    I strongly suspect that Chubby = another MSE postee who was been quite aggressive with their R&R attitutde in the past.

    Whilst I don't want to name this individual - as I may be wrong -my gut tells me that I'm right - and I trust my gut.

    The offensive and aggresive posts Chubby has posted in the last few days are beyond belief - particularly the snipes at long-standing Dudes such as Cosntantine who has had the dignity to ignore such provocation.

    If you can't post under your orginal handle Chubby can I suggest you talk a long walk - providing you don't invalidate your various incapacity benefits.

    Your contribution on this thread is as welcome as one finding blood on ones loo roll after a hard dump.

    Apologies if the 'Diamond R&R' post upset anyone.

    Which for some reason had me in stitches at the time and chuckling since.
    Perhaps I'm a little too childish for all this.

    Nothing wrong with a bit of humour Herr Hermann - I for one enjoy reading your posts.

    Can anyone please tell me:

    1. Why are the prices on tesco.com generally higher than in-store?

    2. Why are Toscos operating the r&r policy - no-one else does?

    Thanks...
    I love a nice juicy "kebab"... ;)

    1-i suppose to average out the prices that are in various tosco stores up and down the country.

    2-It is to generate a feeling of trust to customers making out they are spot on with everything etc so they can rip customers off.It will also be to stop trading standards fining them a HUGE amount of money which would happen if the amount of over charges that are just listed on here where ever to go to TS etc.

    I hate it on this thread when there are no active misprices to talk about, all it seems to do is make the 'girls' get their handbags out! I suggest they all meet outside a nominated kebab shop and sort it out there.
