Understand this, but what about signs outside store. Never had r+r, going to have another look tommorrow, but don't fancy having an argument with cs on my first time (if I find something that is!)

What about the signs outside the store, if you mean the banners or poster, if you see a price on them and get charged more this is also an rnr

he works at Dundee CS, many people were very pleased with him once, but some now think he's a bad man

Yeah, I mean any promotional sign outside. Can the cs or manager refuse r+r because it doesn't mention any outside signs in the policy- only on shelf or on product?

he is one of the people along with joanne leith who dealt with the console misprices a few months ago. there were that many to sort out it took two of them!

Tesco are still advertising this as the price of the product so anywhere you see the price you can take them to that price and they have to refund, also if you see the price on the instore tv by the till , if you get charged more you can go and get ya money back

What a shame, I don't live near Dundee so will never have the honour of meeting him, yet I feel like I already know him, especially now his picture has been posted :rotfl: :rotfl:
