they are staring to be awkward and a right pain in the erse.
do u think they have been briefed to toughen up on this cos it feels harder to get a result now.

Where have I gone wrong here..........?
Tried my first R&R today, on the Technik hifi system (was gonna break in gently with a dvd but my store's got a miniscule selection!), but got denied...
It had the yellow out-of-date SEL on at £59 as well as a correct white SEL at £69.
Customer Services lady said the yellow one was out of date so I have been charged the correct price on the white one. I tried saying that the poster behind her said if the price is wrong "on the shelf" only but she was having none of it saying it was out-of-date and the right price was there.
What can ya say in that situation when they're saying you haven't been overcharged and not even offering to refund the difference?
Oh or do the out-of-date yellow SELs not count in this?

Should have asked for a manager. Had you done that, you'd have stood a better chance of getting an R&R. Had the manager then refused, you should have contacted HO.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Had a diamond R&R on partridge recently, SEL 4.99, packet and scanning at 3.99. CS did not bother to go and check she got so confused on the books and cds I was also putting through that she gave me the partridge free too.
I wasn't complaining, especially when she forgot to mark my receipt aswell!:DI had a plan..........its here somewhere.0 -

There not becoming more awkward, they are probably just starting to recognise you as a repeat r&rer, so therefore are being a bit more stroppy with you. You will get used to it, just play the game and stick to your guns.I had a plan..........its here somewhere.0 -
