All the cs I have spoke to lately have been really nice. I have not been r&ring though just exchanging things.

Most of them have given me a receipt even though I didnt have one to start with.

Jaffa R & R is a term used by people on this site and means refund and retain. Tesco staff do not use this term Well not in front of customers.
