If they scanned at the SEL price of 5.65, then the packs have a lower price on them, therefore R&R
The meat usually scans reliably at the price printed on the pack which would have been lower then the SEL in this case.
If CSK reads this perhaps they could clarify.0 -

and what is a Diamond R&R?
Diamond R&R is a term that Hermann has just coined for getting an R&R when you weren't over-charged! I think.0 -
ok ive just had my r+r scuppered big time an not of cs but a customer
as im not feeling great decided to give big tesco a miss an just popped to the expres its only 2 mins for me
wasnt bothered if i didnt find anything as i needed veg
anyway found mince beef teco value sel 75p scanned at 78p
but before i paid i was standing in que near rthe wine an noticed the sign 25% of 6 bottles i was rackin my brain as to weather i had read this had finnished so after convincing my self i had i moved out of the que to the isles again and oh my god the signs were everywhere on the piza's the meats the pasta any way but no anywhere on the wine isle so just about to make my selection well was picking up the dearest as i dont drink and havent got a clue when a woman asked the store manager if the offer was still on i wanted to scream NOOOOOO any way he said sorry madame that offer ended yesterday an started takin ALL the signs down
so for you all go to your nearest express an have a look quick look all over the store there must have been 20+in the little express
good luck

I was making it up as I typed !!
A Diamond R&R is when you manage to confuse CS staff enough to give you an R&R on an undercharge. Most likely with weighed meat products.

Moet is indeed priced at £15.94 & scanning at £15.94, I even tried the one with/without the box.
2 boxes of chocs for £5, didn't come off for me this morning RnR
Careful with the Turkey Breast Stir Fry Strips 2 for £4 or £2.46 each on promo - pack price £2.73 SCANS AT £2.46
Oh and to put you out of your misery re: the £184.xx SEL for a XBOX core I saw yesterday, when I rushed in to Tescos at 11pm last night they had changed the white £184 SEL for a F**KING yellow £194 SELnever mind, there's always next time

Diamond r&r in my opinion is something Im guessing I got recently.
Collected an r&r once on one item on my receipt
Went back to get another item on receipt refunded and was refunded AGAIN for the original R&R
so 2x refunds and still got to keep the product so I think that should be classed as spent nothing got given the product and refunded twice on top of that0 -
@K60sav - That's a platinum R&R!0
