It definately said £20 off anything in store, the manager is saying it is human error because the temp who served me should have pressed something on the till for the discount to come off.Will ring in the morning, wish i had taken a pic of sel now.

I had an R&R today and the customer services lady kept the reciept, is that standard practice. I said it was a gift for someone and that they may want to exchange it.

Start with something small like meat, dvds/cds, books. But remember not all misprices are in every store, some are Out of Date sels in a particular store, not all stores sell the item. All these things can make it seem difficult if you do not have any early successes, but if you can put in legwork, it will pay off as the misprices are out there.

The receipt is your property, go back and demand it.

Some CS trout adopt this attitude, they even utter "theres no guarantee as you got it for nothing"
