sfc_boy wrote:Make sure you know your facts. Make sure you know exactly what the offer said - I looked at this in a store 45 minutes ago and it said £20 if you buy airtime, not £20 off a minimum spend. If you're right, they will pay out. It won't be as bad as you think.
If you get no joy tonight, try again tomorrow morning - what have you got to lose??
It definately said £20 off anything in store, the manager is saying it is human error because the temp who served me should have pressed something on the till for the discount to come off. Will ring in the morning, wish i had taken a pic of sel now.0 -

I had an R&R today and the customer services lady kept the reciept, is that standard practice. I said it was a gift for someone and that they may want to exchange it.Enter Action with Boldness.....0

Start with something small like meat, dvds/cds, books. But remember not all misprices are in every store, some are Out of Date sels in a particular store, not all stores sell the item. All these things can make it seem difficult if you do not have any early successes, but if you can put in legwork, it will pay off as the misprices are out there.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0 -

The receipt is your property, go back and demand it.
Some CS trout adopt this attitude, they even utter "theres no guarantee as you got it for nothing"
Another load of cobblers.Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
