I've never had this before they always give it back, but then again others might tell you differently. I would assume common practice would be to give it back.

The 2 for 16 offer on the Stella is still out there in some stores. I got a couple today. The CS girl checked the labels, receipts and signs to make sure it was OK - and then checked again and then again. She was so nervous that she might be making a mistake! She then offered the refund right away and said 'hope you enjoy your free beer'.

It's so much better when the CS are pleasant and cheery.

She did leave one sign up though .....so as Arnie would say 'Ill be back' (tomorrow morning)
