    My weigh in tonight but I'm not holding out much hope - no ones fault but mine cos I haven't stuck to it 100%

    Can someone please check the syns for skinny cow lollies please, have ordered the chocolate brownie ones as well as the mint as they are £1 in MrA. Thanks in advance :T:A

    Triple Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Lollies, triple pack, 100ml each 4½

    Chocolate Brownie 100ml at 4.5 and Mint Double Chocolate the same although they're 110ml according to list so more licks for your syns!:)

    Been busy all day again today, finishing decorating, taking up carpets etc ready for the "transformation" with carpets and wood flooring on Saturday - can't wait to get the house straight again - it will be nice when its done but I can't stand the mess! Think "burning lbs at all times"!:rotfl:

    Off to make curry now - all this activity makes you starving!

    WW - what a fabulous day you've had, well done!!!
    Just a couple of changes to the plan today but nothing major!
    fruit and yog
    pasta with cheese (a)
    nectarine, banana
    Linda McCartney sausages, mash and peas (4)
    slice of cheese (a)
    and will have some watermelon for pud shortly. I may also share a bar of choc with DS later, who knows!!

    I need to get some shopping in but the bank balance isn't looking too healthy at the mo. Jacket potatoes r us for the next few days!!

    I hope you're all enjoying some sunshine at long last xx

    Had a good SW day, even went to the cinema and didnt eat anything:A

    Weetabix(3), milk(A), coffee(A), banana
    HM lentil soup, cheese on toast(A+B), activia(0.5)
    Omelette(A of cheese), SW chips and beans

    1B + 3A and 3.5 syns. Will have some more later, probably strawberries, meringue and yoghurt (5) for a total of 8.5 syns all day

    Weekly syn total 16/105 - saving extra syns for the weekend at work.

    Hello all, thats fabulous WW, about the mortgage! Dizzy I do hope you get sorted out soon (if nothing else we do need a professional driver on the tank).

    I'll nip back in with the name (Sophieschoice!), but who's not eating enough and works shifts outdoors ? the think Inoticed was you are drinking "reduced sugar" squash rather than sugar free, you would need to syn that I think. I'd pack a rucksack full of fruits and hard boiled eggs and even some ryvita minis if you fancy them as your HEB and you will have a constant run of healthy snacks all day.

    Thanks for that, less than I'd allowed yesterday so not bad at all.

    todays food;
    B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5] coffee
    Snack - fruit salad, onken
    L - mugshot, new pots, toms, celery
    T - 2x quorn sausages, mash, spaggy hoops, toms, egg [cooked in juices from ordinary sausages 2?] bbq sauce [1]
    Snack - skinny cow [4.5]
    Syns - 7
    I know quorn sausages have syns now but I don't count them :D.
    Am out at castle carvery tomorrow, that'll be interesting :o

    Hi,

    I have been on SW for 2 weeks but haven't lost any real weight. Did loose 2 lbs initially but then put it back the next week. I have had 2 synful days in all and this week was * week so hopefully if I persevere, I may see results this week

    Meals for today

    BF: SS Milk(HEA) with 2 Wheatabix(HEB) + 1 banana and 1 apple
    Lunch: Quorn stirfry with baked beans/ baby corn, mushrooms, pepper, carrot, turnip
    Dinner: Leftover stirfry from lunch with a slice of WM bread(HEB), SW crisps, 1 kipling cake slice (6), 150 ml grapefruit juice(2.5)
    Snacks: 1 pear, 1 peach, strawberries, blackberries, cherries
    Drinks: 1.25 l water, 1 peppermint tea
    Total for today: 1 HEA, 2 HEB, 8.5 syns

    Well......here i go again,
    Put the almost two stone weight loss back on after my fractured coccyx injury last sept,,,
    Im starting back class tomorrow night :)
    Ive been in bed all wk with bug and was/am in first stages of decorating
    It should help with SW plan.
    Will report back tomorrow.
