I have promised myself that tonight i am going to sit still and read this entire thread and every other thread attched to it!!
Into 3rd week now and actually really enjoying cooking my own food rather than getting it out of freezer!!Love the expression on OH and DS face when they realise mum can actually cook

Just had a coffee with milk from allowance
Breakfast will be weetabix(1/2B) with milk(A), banana, tea when i'm hungry
Lunch HM lentil soup, WM bread(B), beans
Strawberries, activia(0.5), alpen light(1/2B)
Dinner Pasta with Quorn bolognaise, cheese(A) + 2syns for extra cheese - can't be faffed making salad!
Both A+B and 2.5 syns so far, will have meringue(5) with strawberries and yoghurt later for a total of 7.5 syns for the day

Well I don't think TGIs was toooo bad, i had vegetable fajitas and diet coke. Didn't eat all the soured cream, but did manage most of the guacamole. No sides, no pud (although I was sorely tempted) and then a quick walk in the park on the way home - very quick as DS got bored once he realised that the boat hire place was shut for the day, so I got him an ice cream (and was sorely tempted again) and came home.
I really fancy a glass of wine but have promised myself to cut down if not quit alcohol altogether, so even though it's my 2 week holiday from work I'l resist.
So all in all I don't think I can call today a disaster.
Oh, and the spin class, I thought I was dying, then I thought I was going to puke, but I managed to finish it. It was flipping hard though.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -

Assuming they're both the 120g sachets, the Amoy one is 8.5 and the Blue Dragon is 5.
