Dizzy - sorry to hear about problems with magic ear site, hope graft goes ok on Thursday
WW - good luck putting furniture together - hope it keeps you out I'd trouble
Maman - I am at target and some days I may have an extra hea or heb if I need it, I do EE. I do allow myself to go over syns at weekend but don't go mad and have stayed within the 3lb range they give you. J tend to go to WI every week (may miss the odd one) and stay to class about once a month. I believe you have to get weighed at least once a month to stay a target member.0 -
Anticipating that I'm going to get there very soon (:j:D) I'd like some advice on what to do at target. I believe the official line is to have more HEs but I was wondering whether it's possible to just have a few more syns, like one 'normal' meal a week? I think I remember someone saying they don't stick with the plan at weekends. Also do all you target members go to group every week and does it feel strange as 'old' friends disappear and newbies come along? I don't have scales at home but I was wondering whether to buy some and just call in at group when/if things seemed to be getting out of control? Ideas please:)
I'm a target member but don't go to class although technically I got to target last time with class so might still be classed as target member there. Anyhoo I tried the extra HE route but as I struggle to have the right amount of HEs every day that went by the by. So now I try to stick to SW during the week and do whatever at the weekends and this is working well. My weight does fluctuate but am still under target, generally well under which I like as it gives me a buffer. I didn't want to go the extra syns all the time route as that would probably put me back to where I started again. HTHSIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

hey all, i just joined SW last night after a spectacular fail at another diet club. i felt constantly hungry on the other diet and ended up gaining half a stone lol.
i want to be sure i'm understanding SW as i find their literature hard to follow...i was going to start with the Easy plan and see how that goes.
So my first question: do i have to have 1/3 superfree with everything i eat? i just had a potato and low fat cottage cheese and was going to save my orange for an hour's time...is this okay? can i snack regularly and ensure i am eating a third of the day's worth of food as superfree?0 -
There's a recipe on the SW website thats uses 0% natural fat free yoghurt, eggs and nutmeg as the white sauce in lasagne. Also there is red pepper and courgettes in the meat sauce. Even with the parmesan sprinkled on the top it only works out at 1.5 syns each on EE. It's lovely and has become a staple meal in our house. We have it most weeks. HTH
Sounds good, I have had a look on the SW site and cant find it but i am not a member so maybe it is there when you log in... Would be interested to know what it is tho for future ref..
Planning tomorrows tea now and was thinking about a chow mein, i have a blue dragon sachet which i understand is 5 syns and i was going to do it with chicken and broccoli and carrot but what about the egg noodles? I usually buy the dried ones (medium) from asda or sharwoods are these free on EE or syn'd?

Don't apologise - you've had plenty on your plate! (not food!)
Have been busy all morning sorting out paperwork, making appointments with the bank, getting the dog's haircut, sorting out the council tax, getting a man to measure the windows..... the list is endless.
Right the flat packs are calling - brace yourselves!0 -
