The other reason for posting this on here was that we know tescos read this forum because of the quidco and tesco life insurance.
We know that tescos h/o are aware of this.

So Tesco will have seen your photo and also read all your posts!!
    Is that not worrying???

what i can't understand is if it had been my brother that had suffered in this way , why did you not make him go to the police station and report it ? i would have dragged mine and why are you still shopping in tesco? i would be stood outside telling everybody about what went on and also been in touch with local press

Why should I? I have done nothing wrong. I used a loophole and just like tesco's use a VAT loophole in the channel island.

We all like loopholes.. I can tell you this if at any point it would be illegal I would not have done it.

I think tescos / 3rd party company will want to resolve this and not needing to speak to the media, But of course thats a option for my brother if he wants to.

yes but you need to go to police now to get them to look into it since you will need ctv before its taped over and you need to get witnesses if possible because other than that its your word against theirs!

I cannot understand how Henlans could have "acquired" all that stuff for free. The photo looked like the spoils of a burglary! I know that it wasn't but if the police ever searched his/her house, their suspicions would be aroused and an investigation would take place.

Well Henlans I am sure you will call me all the names under the sun but I think what you did was very wrong.

Not really any different from stealing, shoplifting, stretching a point carrying a gun into a bank and demanding the money.

    You set out to:

    - systematically defraud Tesco of goods
    - duplicate your vouchers umpteen times
    - rely on poorly trained staff to not demand your receipt for cancellation
    - treat every voucher as a fresh £20 note
    - rarely if ever present your receipt (ready excuse: left it in the car)
    - get dope sales assistant into trouble possibly sacked
    - sell your stolen goods at boot sales

Of course you were identified eventually and stopped, as all criminals are.

I can only speak for myself but I believe my own personal T&C breaking (multiple shops and email addresses but NO fraudulent re-use of receipts) was on a much lesser plane.
