Tesco Price Checker Thread #8

Well Henlans I am sure you will call me all the names under the sun but I think what you did was very wrong.
Not really any different from stealing, shoplifting, stretching a point carrying a gun into a bank and demanding the money.
You set out to:
- systematically defraud Tesco of goods
- duplicate your vouchers umpteen times
- rely on poorly trained staff to not demand your receipt for cancellation
- treat every voucher as a fresh £20 note
- rarely if ever present your receipt (ready excuse: left it in the car)
- get dope sales assistant into trouble possibly sacked
- sell your stolen goods at boot sales
Of course you were identified eventually and stopped, as all criminals are.
I can only speak for myself but I believe my own personal T&C breaking (multiple shops and email addresses but NO fraudulent re-use of receipts) was on a much lesser plane.
If we put it your way..
You think its ok to steal a couple of sweets from the shop but not ok to rob someones house?0 -

Actually, it's more like going into a bank and asking them to give you money. If they say okay, you get money, if they say no, you get no money.0 -
i didn't steal anything but you did, that is the difference.
Let's leave it there.
I didnt steal anything. I have broken a couple of terms and conditions and you did to. One thing we have in common is that we broke some terms. You think its ok to break some and not others.
Yes my friend.. You are a hypocrite0 -
Anyway. I have posted what I wanted to say, Some people wanted some questions answered and I did that. Now lets change the subject. Us talking about this is really upsetting some member and call me a sinick but I wonder if there is a hidden agenda to some of there posts
I remember meeting a couple of lads in my local store, They saw my stash as we had met on a prevous time a few times lol and they know I posted on this forum.. As asked me not to tell people about the gift cards. So i didnt.. I think being open is upsetting a couple of the members.
Which could expain the support via PM and not open on the forum0 -
I'm hungry...anyone wanna go food shopping at Tesco with me?0

We found out today my the manager of the store that the security guards are a 3rd party company and are now also looking into this. So its not really tesco's fault.
I guess tescos asked them to shop him and the way they did was totally wrong.
Yep! I did mean to mention the other day that Security in Tesco's is contracted out. They are not strictly Tesco employees, although unsure of the ins & outs of the contracts.
Edit: Ooops, I seem to have missed some posts, it seems it has already been mentionned.:o0 -

Thanks for the update anyway. :P0 -
I also think based on the foot in the photo that Henlans should not be mistaken for a woman which is often the case and is not corrected.0
