Hi, just wondered if any of you can shed any light on what to do about Tesco saying that they can not find my details.....I am aware on following the thread that quite a few people had their details lost on the 20 th May....do you do anything about it or just leave it....I have put details in 3 times but still get the same e mail/answer....thanks for any help!

Try inputting your details again on IE.

Press submit, then back button, then submit again, then back button, then submit etc etc. Do this a few times & you may be lucky & your details pop up.

If this doesn't work I believe you can alter the time only to the 12 hr clock & resubmit. If you do this though you'll probably have to wait another day for your email.

Just find it a bit surprising that at this stage of the game people would go into the store to use their Vouchers without remembering their receipt...

    They don't.

without commenting on whether i think you did fraud or not, as it is not relevant to the point im making,

why did you not make an official complaint of assault to the police at the time.

they would then be duty bound to take an initial statement and sieze cctv at that time, before security have a chance to make it dissappear.

If unreasonable force was used, to which they would have to prove they did not, they would face charges and also the loss of their SIA licence.

a complaint to the security company should also be made.
This is what i don't understand. if it was so horrific why on earth just have a discussion about vouchers with the police?? If you have just been assaulted and threatened isn't that at the top of your mind? Not bloody vouchers! How can you make a complaint when you didn't complain to the police when you had the chance? Is this just wanting even more from Tesco?

I'm curious what all the other customers in Tesco at the same time did?

Look the other way? or get their phones out and post all over utube and facebook!

Sorry but if you were assaulted and the police came you would report this to police ....... Unless you were frauding the system and didn't want to get charged with forgery

No offense but your story doesn't stick with me mate. Just be grateful you have the chance to quit while you are ahead
