UKTesco Tesco Customer Care

Good morning everyone, Nicolle here to help with your queries.

  • I am not here to moan.

After a telephone to CS, here is what they said to do. They sounded quite confident and I would definitely follow their advice.

Email customer.service@tesco.co.uk and include all details of the bottom of the receipt, name, address and telephone voucher. They said that the voucher would likely to be in the form of a 'mini card'.

Ahh, welcome back Berbastrike. Had been wondering where you disappeared off to; thought perhaps you had joined the rankings of Sir Brainy and been banned for a bit there ;)

I think they are asking for the internet link to your RTD voucher when it comes through aren't they, rather than the receipt details?
