• Has anyone emailed Watchdog again with the new info? We all did it when they pulled it around the wedding time, but heard nothing yet. I wonder if this may spark more of an interest.

    Just phoned CS and................

she read from an email..........customer has to email customer.service@tesco.co.uk with the details from the bottom of the receipt with name, address and telephone number. She first of all did not know anything about the glitch, put me on hold and came back with the printout. I asked if it was for today and she said yes?

So how to max out this without giving Tesco a way to slime out?

PS. can someone else phone too? I acted rather 'blonde' you know not 'savvy'. ;):D

Just a thought, what was the useby date on the coupons?

If they say that they will only honour purchases on the date of the paper promotion, would they only honour the coupons on the same date of purchasing the paper?

    Of course not!!!!

They would at least have to honour if for the duration of the coupons validity!!!!!! (Or make a retraction in The Sun!)

Would normally have agreed; but on the basis that they got away with changing the terms of the promotion with pretty much no notice; then I'm guessing they aren't going to let that stand in their way now either.
