Thanks for sharing!
That is awe inspiring!
I wish I was awake back in those days, I knew MSE existed but I got put off when I was taken to a forum! I suppose I was suspicious, and forums were very new to me back then, I wasn't very clued up on how to use a computer, but since starting my degree a couple of years ago I've had to learn pretty fast! I was even opposed to have a second tesco arriving in my area! Thank goodness I don't think like that now! I wish more would spring up, and as I don't have an asda near by I phoned them up and asked if they had any plans to build one. I have not heard back but I'll ring again!
And do you know what I LOVE TESCO TOO0 -

OH just returned from Sainsburys - completely frazzeled. As I am still housebound he went. He refused to take any mocs (fear) but took a condit spend - so he could buy some Stella! He's a :A.
He picked up 3 packs of Stella (supposed to be 3 for £24) and then several packs of sneaky bicuits and other essential man bits (aka cake). He certainly had over £30. Confusion ensued when the snotty SA gave him a filthy look saying he hadn't spent enough. Hubby was  and very confused. The SA went on to patronise him that he needed to spend more, as he was so sure he'd spent enough, he questioned his understanding and thought it had to be £30 conditional spend after the £6 off. He was very confused and the SA very impatient, speaking to my OH like he was a 4 year old. So OH grabbed some fruit (for the poorly wife - notice I got no cake!). Then the SA processed the voucher, OH arrived home and vowed never ever to do this again.
HOWEVER we've looked at the receipt and realised the idiotic SA had only scanned 2 Stella boxes not 3. So at £18 for 3, with £6 off, that's £12 for 30 cans (40p a can!) :j:j:j:j:j:j
Retribution :T:TI've saved £518.70 with mocs and CS since 15 May (yes, I am keeping count!):T

different wine there other than the turner road. I went and picked a bottle of turner road up from the wine section and went to the woman who was on the ready meal section and asked her if the turner road was included in the meal deal she looked at her list and said no it was only the wine that was out. I showed her that the turner road was on the meal deal offer on the internet and she said well if you order the deal off there you will get the turner road.
So Question. If I order 5 meal deals with turner road and I input the £10 off voucher code that they sent me, when I input the receipt into the pricecheck will it take into account my £10 off?0 -
Evening Peeps
I wrote myself a little list today and gathered my coupons before setting off to the sm. I didn`t want to go too coupon mad in the same store so i spread them out over three shops, i was a bit nervous i must admit
Didn`t start out too well as i had a big row in the carpark with an idiot who was shouting at someone who was taking a while to get out of a parking space  Poor soul even had to fold his wing mirror in as the car next to him had left no room at all and the loony who was shouting about it only made the poor guy even more nervous. I was so mad that i went looking for the idiot after i`d parked - not sure what i`d have done when i found him so i suppose its just as well that i didn`t
First shop in Sainsbugs, every coupon was scrutinised and the SA put them into two little piles, some scanned and some didn`t and she gave me a few back - when i asked why she said that those were the ones that i hadn`t bought the item for, i told her that i had a coupon for every item that i had bought today except for the mince and if there was a problem with the till then i could wait for the supervisor to check  next time i`ll put some slap on first as i felt my face turn the colour of a beetroot lol but i was prepared to leave the items that the coupons wouldn`t work with so that would have taken even more time.
Next stop the pet store to use the other whiskas coupon and then Boots as i wanted some items that were on offer, the machine in boots gave me a coupon for £3 off a mascara so i bought that too
Total spent today £29.99 - total saved £29.98 :j:j
I want to say a huge thanks to everyone who posts on here for all the help and advice - its much appreciated :A I must admit that i`m a serial thanker lol, first as i think that everyone who posts deserves thanks for their time - there wouldn`t be a thread without you all and second i discovered long ago that it was the ideal place marker
Bullshot - *waves* from an ex carpernot been for a long time when one of the woofaloes got too old for longer sessions so i started to stay at home whilst hubs went alone.
Have a great evening everyone.

Hi guys
Bad day - went to pick up washing machine, drove 45 mins to get there to find she'd given it to somone else n not bothered to phone me and tell me - and when i'm feeling really poorly i could've done without that!
Re velvet - if anyone is still playing and doesn't have a barcode i have quite a few so carry on playing and if you win big i'll send you a barcode (if you haven't got a receipt pop out and buy a pack of 4 rolls so that you get the receipt as they may reject your claim if you use one of my receipts saying the product was bought in cambridgeshire and you live in another county).
Not a coupon but for any dog owners on here Bakers treats are 2 for £2 in sainsburys at the mo - the individual prices start at £1.47 and also included are the Dental Delicious chicken large which are £2.06 a pack but you still get 2 packs for £2.A home is not a home ..... without a dog0 -

They all scanned in - I bought all the products- and when I checked my receipt - the coupons had all been cancelled. Apparently the manager has decided not to accept them in future. So, I have lost my coupons - they are in the till - so can't use them elsewhere- and I have expensive items that I would not have bought at full price. Supervisor said call customer services - which I will do - tomorrow. Has anyone found that Sainsburys don't accept internet coupons.
