I wish Coupon Woman would come back too. She was certainly a very good useful and helpful poster on this thread.

I've no idea what happened but Coupon Woman posted yesterday and was on half an hour ago. So she hasn't disappeared. I suppose it is the nature of threads such as these that people come and go. Sometimes you just need a rest.

Has anyone else had a problem with the Tesco fuel till spits? Noticed at the bottom it says "Try Momentum fuel for the price of standard unleaded". I thought this was in addition to the 5p per litre discount so thought I'd give it a go. Merrily filled up my car only to find I was wrong! Trouble is their unleaded is a lot more expensive than Morries and I'd only gone there to save 2-3p per litre. Not a happy bunny, especially when CS told me they had had a lot of people making the same mistake and would "make a note of my complaint". Asked for a manager who still refused to refund me. Asked to speak to her manager who "may or may not ring you back, but may or may not be today". Finally someone, not a manager, did call back and offered to send me a Moneycard. What a lot of fuss over a £2 refund especially when it was obvious their wording was at fault 'cos I wasn't the only one to have made the mistake.

I have "seen" her post on other threads but she no longer seems to post on this one which is such a shame. I found her to be really helpful when I was first using MOC's but she was not only helpful to me but to all others as well.

Coupon Woman hasn't posted on here since she was accused of being a bully for asking people to thank Idlesaver on the first post, which is a pet project for the regulars. Someone has been asking a few times about rules on here and the only kind of rule we have ever had is that we like everyone to show their appreciation for the work done on the first pages.
I have noticed coupon woman is now passing on her valuable help and info to other threads and we don't get to find out about any bargains etc she finds now unless we go on them:(:(

CW is certainly offended by the post calling her "bully" even though she tried to do her best for the newbies and more than that, she was surprised to find that it was "thanked" by some who she did not expect to...:o

So she does not wish to post here anymore...:(:(:(

Yeah, Blue already explained via pm that I thanked loadsa without even reading, which is what I have to do sometimes nowadays if I wanna be polite and keep to my thank everyone on here unless offensive/nasty policy. Thanks now taken back as not thanked cos agreed, which is a great new button;)

Its very sad that CW has stayed away for so long now. A post from a [very] occasional poster and thanks for that post which, for the most part, were probably given without even reading it, have obviously caused a great deal of distress. Perhaps in time she will feel able to return - and I am one of those who hope that she does.

Have to agree with Blue - the button to remove your thanks is great, as I have sometimes thanked on the run and then realised I'd really rather not thank at all.
