,come on everyone, theres room for all of us, please no bickering or "comments" lets keep it happy and friendly, I love this forum and dont want to see it go the same way as some of the others, if any of you have any not so pleasant thought or comments can you keep them to yourselves please. this message is for everyone it is aimed at no one person in particular (how sad is that, that I feel I have to point that out.):(
Then why quote only me?!! I was only................. oh I give up!0 -
The biggest tip is to take a trolley on wheels so you can fill it full of the books you get when you go in which are full of coupons. There are at least 2 entrances they stand at giving them out and we usually go through each one loadsa times and ask for a few books if they only give one or two. Then near the end of the day go back and hopefully they will let you do what they did with us in Nov and help yourself to as many as you can carry (283:D). There is also lots of coupons on stands especially Wall's Carte D'Or Ice cream stand where there is lots of ice cream and sweet stuff to eat. Other stands have cheese and things to eat plus wine, whisky etc to drink but only little samples, but you can get as many as you want.
The Olive and Good food magazines have a stand giving a great free gift if you sign up, so do that and then just cancel the dd when you get home;). I have done this twice now and have had no problem cancelling.
You will probably get enough samples to last you for lunch but def not enough to fill you up for the day. I would take drinks with you water/cans etc as they are expensive to buy and there are no free samples.
There is a weatherspoons pub next door to the exhibition where you can get the usual meals/food there and the drinks etc are similiar to normal weathrspoons prices.
Any other questions just ask. What day are you going and have you got your tickets? Tickets are cheap if you buy them after 1pm (think, could be 12), either half price or less, Mad might remember as he bought one last year. If you have enough points you can get tickets with your Tesco clubcard points.
Just one more question, are all the coupons in the little books they give out, or do different stands give out coupons aswell? Thanks.xx:)0 -

not looking to chase people away and i always help/answer questions regardless of how many times they are asked.
so have edited my original post
afternoon all
edited as it has caused unintended upset to some posters, so sorry if it has
didn't intend for this to spark an argument
please can we all play nice again
So, tomorrow, (not been feeling well the last couple of days) hopefully I will do some multitasking in tesco- using coupons, finding cheap dishwashing tablets and tissues, search out 1p eggs and get a few meal deals:rotfl::rotfl:
Perhaps I should run for cover now:rotfl:
By the way, myrtleturtle, I do appreciate all the advice you have given us newbies.
Mother just phoned me up to thank me for the free yorkshire tea samples. Was hoping they would get a moc as well but sadly not. Has anyone got coupons with free samples?weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0 -

I think the rustlers coupon expired yesterday as far as i'm aware (the free quarter pounders one, not sure about the bogof one), so I doubt that you could use them?
Pity though, I have found Mr S to be much better so far, by the way of accepting MOC, plus nectar points...0 -
Just been on the grabbit thread £4.09 tesco meal deal, and some people have got some wonderful stories about the old days of RnR, I was just wondering do the regulars have similar stories, and could you share? Pretty Please? I have asked on the other thread aswell! But I'm more of a lurker on that thread, so I'm not sure if they will!0

....preferred getting 2 x 4 pints of milk for £1 each instead of having to get 3 from T's
T's is the closest for me but not happy about the 3 for £3 either. I didn't mind 2 for £2. It's still 2 for £2 at Asda so I'm buying 2 and getting the difference back together with anything else I'm getting the difference back on (malt wheats to have the milk on for one), bit of a faff but better than filling my fridge with milk.0 -

thanks for posting this too, lets consider it water under the bridgeglobetraveller wrote: »Fair enough. I did think before posting but just wanted things cleared up about what was allowed on the thread. Perhaps i was a bit paranoid but there was more than one such post. I certainly didn't want to continue annoying others with chatter not 100% coupon related.
