Thats odd! Either a very inexperienced ebayer, or a scam! Why on earth would a seller need a deposit from each bidder?!
Wouldnt any paypal payment made have to go through as a' persona'l payment too (as there is no sale yet, and no invoice) therefore there would be no paypal protection either!0 -

I asked what the £20 was for and got this, rather odd reply...
20 pounds are not axtra if you will win than these 20 will be added in your amount
and these are only for satisfaction
