(Am being very sneaky and following Kerri's suggestion - taking the carboot pitch fee out of the profits means today is my first NSD of May!!!)One life - your life - live it!0

A spendy today, but a fun one.:D
I am taking part in the Moonwalk with a friend in 2 weeks time (for those of you that don't know, the Moonwalk is a 26.2 mile walk through the streets and parks of London, in aid of breast cancer causes). Part of it all is wearing a decorated bra, so we went to H****craft to buy bits to decorate with. The theme is 'walk on the wild side' so we bought some faux zebra fur, pink sequins, pink fur and pink pom poms, as well as some stick-on gems just in case our design wasn't OTT enough!:rotfl:)
No all we have to to is decorate the bras!
Hoping for a NSD tomorrow as I can't think I have any need to go outSave £12k in 2021: Jan £1834.40, Feb £1692.810 -
Well a good start to the month for me with NSD no. 1. Was out on the bike earlier but didn't stop anywhere and so managed not to spend any money. I was hoping for NSD 2 tomorrow but I've agreed to play 5 a side and so will have to pay my share of the pitch fees.0

Well I've made NSD 1 today. I almost forgot and bought some tomatoes when I walked up to the local shops with OH, but I quickly remembered and put them back
.
I'm trying to eat things that are in the house, I still have some salad bits but not enough really, so I can either eat more frozen veg, or cave and buy salad. I'll think about it...Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,984.78/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,341.430 -
Sounds like a few NSDs in the bag already for May - good reason to celebrate! I see the NSD gang orchestra is doing its final rehearsals - Spoon tuning up her spoons, BigMumma on bass washboard getting some rhythm going there, and what kind of weird instrument is Jinty playing? Sounds like a gang of cats getting strangled - but I am sure once she gets the notes in the right order it will sound beautiful - how's the maypole dance rehearsals going? I know it takes some getting the hang of, but just ignore the smell of cremated sheep coming from Igor's barbecue area and concentrate! One life - your life - live it!0

I'm concentrating Nargle but think I'm producing something knitted from the ribbons - it could look quite fetching by the time I've finished:D

Naughty Spoon - you know members of the NSD gang do not qualify for a chair until they have been in for at least six months - till then they have to make do with a nice comfy sharp stick...
Ooops, forgot that Nargle, sorry:o. I've been missing for two months don't forget, bit out of practice:DThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Oh oh oh can join the band, DS1 had his birthday last week and has a paper jam (geetar thingy) so I can join the band!!! Its been banned from his bedroom, being played at 6am!!!!!, he won't miss it tonight!
Classic rock for the maypole dancing anyone?
If there aren't enough to dance I'll take the green ribbon as it won't clash with my hair!

Now if you take this ribbon over that one then round that one and keep going round in alternate directions, you will end up with a rather fetching spiders web pattern. Or, if you do it NSD gang style, a group of drunken NSDers tied up in coloured ribbons. And don't forget to do-si-doh!One life - your life - live it!0

Mmmmm, maypole dancing to Smoke on the Water? Iron Maiden does the Jolly Farmer? Weaving in and out of the ribbons to the strains of ACDC's Whole Lotta Rosie? I never knew it could be so energetic! About time we cracked open some of Igor's home brew, I reckon! One life - your life - live it!0
